Why is this benefitial to you? : Our advice is arbortory and founded on years of experience. Why listen to a sales professional when you realy need to listen to an IT specialist. Our motivation is to ensure you achive VFM (value for money) not meeting sales quoters or achiving commision targets.
How does it work? : We will assess your requirements and advise you on the best solution for you. Not just what we have in stock and makes us the biggest proffit. Once assessed we will source the best solution/supplier for your specific requirements. We can even order the solutionand manage the delivery and intallation on your behalf.
How do we survive? : Simple we charge a nominal fee for our advice (starting as low as £25.00). We then offer ongoing support services to allow you to maximise your computing experience.
Life Cycle/Ongoing Support How are we different? : We have the ability to access your PC Remotley and Securely so as long as your PC will start/boot up we are able to solve most problems with minimum fuss and disruption.
Why is this benefitial to you? : Minimal cost of maintenance, speedy solution solving, minimum disruption and your own computer expert to help you solve your problems.
How does it work? : Once you contact us we will (assess your computers capabilities) then send you an e-mail with simple instructions. You will down load a small piece of software and install it, we then have access to your machine you can sit back and watch us solve your problem.
How do we survive? : Simple we charge a nominal fee for our support (starting as low as £20.00). You can even pre book/order your support requirement to keep your yearly support costs down to the minimum.
